Mickey Rourke

What is it with Mickey Rourke, anyway? I can't figure out if it was a bad face job or if he's had a really hard life and it's just reflected in his face. That could be it, but it seems extreme. He looks like someone took a sledgehammer to his face and the bones kind of melted and then molded together again, but badly. It's unsettling.
