A few hours into the morning, a ton of people went home because of bad weather warnings. Which meant that those of us who stayed were bombarded with phone calls. It's cool. The way I look at it, job security. And having the phones busy makes the work day go all that much faster.
It did cut down on the personal time I had available to work on my writing. But that's okay, too. I've got tonight and all the days that follow.
Oh and when I got home, my first edition of Poetry was in the mailbox! Hurray! I've been really excited, waiting for this. It's not a magazine, per se, but a small oversized paperback. Very cool. And apparently I'm not the only one into writing dirges. Who knew! Heh heh.
