The hurt

I wore heels last night. Worn them before, not comfortable, but not a big deal. I won't be wearing them again. Not even a lot of walking. But today I was nearly crippled. My back hurt and my knees were awful. Spent a lot of the day on the couch and I'm feeling much better now.

My tendency is to make mistakes MANY times before I finally learn the lesson. This is one lesson I learned at one. I will not be wearing heels again. Flats are my friend. Those shoes are going right to the trunk of my car, and then to the thrift store.
