Can't say about later, but right now just remembering the dreams isn't what seems to help with clarity at night, but "the act of" remembering the dreams. Making the effort. It helps make things simpler. WHen I woke, I related my last dream, just what I felt to be pertinent and how I felt about them and instantly felt clear. And I can feel this is a good direction to go.
Writing and dream walking. Getting stronger physically. That's my focus right now. Trimming things down to the bone.
