Bliss

I bought some herbs (sage, thyme, basil, oregano, etc., and instead of buying beaucoup expensive pots to put them in, I bought very inexpensive little fencing pieces which hook together, poured dirt in and made a little mini herb garden. It's very cute. Of course, they'll all need to be brought inside for winter, but by then I'll have put together some more pots. I'll put them all in the basement under plant lights. Thinking of getting a little portable greenhouse for some of them.

I also got some rose moss, a beautiful venca, and a couple of others. Very inexpensive but so beautiful to look at. The moss rose started blooming just one day after I brought it home. Lovely peachy blooms.

I have cut back my wandering jew. It is growing too fast and too long and straggly. I understand that if you keep cutting them back, they start growing in thicker and bushier, which I'd like to see.

Oh and I got some fertilizer too. I'm going to feed them all this weekend. It's my three-day weekend, hurray!
