Man Barbecues Dog

In New Zealand. Apparently they are from Tongo where it's common to barbecue dogs. They aren't going to prosecute because he killed the dog humanely. He knocked the dog out with a hammer and then slit its throat. That's humane? Would they say I was humane if I knocked the man out with a hammer and then slit his throat? Probably not. Ass.
