Another big step. Just sent for an exercise bike. Was thinking treadmill, but thinking bike is better idea. I have foot and knee problems. It would be better not to put any more direct stress on them than absolutely necessary. Once my weight is down, maybe I'll get a treadmill then. But it is important to me to get in shape. I want to be smaller. And not in pain.
An exercise bike is much better than a treadmill. Even if you didn't have foot/knee problems, a treadmill would only make them more likely to happen. Running is tough on our joints.
