This Deliverance-bred yahoo dumped his dead dog over the side of the creek, not very far down, I can totally see it. It's sitting there, rotting. He lied to animal control and the cops, said oh no, I took my dog to the country and buried him.

It is definitely his dog. I recognize the fur and the little bastard has been using the site for a dump for the last three years.
I'm filing a statement with animal control. The least they can do is make him bury the dog. God, I'm pissed.
